We do not want to profit by selling low-quality products and charging high restocking fees. However, restocking fees become necessary because our product can not be resold to other customers for obvious hygiene purposes. Why do we make this incredible guarantee? REFUNDS

Due to the nature of your products, we do not offer refunds in any product except The Better Sleep Pillow™. We neither provide refunds on pillow covers due to hygiene purposes.
In special cases we can offer you a refund. These are the only cases in which you can require a refund:

Pre-shipment cancellation
Refunds are provided only if you cancel an order before it is shipped. In this circumstance, we will refund 100% of the product cost less shipping and handling.

Post-shipment cancellation
If you cancel an order once it has already shipped, upon receipt of the returned or rejected package, we will issue a 75% refund of the product cost less shipping and handling.

Damaged in transit

• Sleep Better Pillow.com stands behind their workmanship and warrants that your Sleep Better Pillow™ will be free of faulty workmanship or structural defects. If you find that there is a manufactures defect you can exchange your Sleep Better Pillow with the 30 Day Period.
• Sleep Better Pillows must be returned in the original condition in which they were received, as any returns will be used for display and demonstration purposes.
• If the Sleep Better Pillow is returned damaged no refunds will be given. Damage may include, but is not limited, to odor, stains from cigarette smoke or urine, food or drink stains, and/or any physical damage from sharp objects.
• No exchanges or returns will be given after the 31th day.
• We do not accept returns on covers for pillows due to hygiene purposes.
