Wedge pillow (recommended by cardiologists, neurologists…AND ME!)
As a 30-something mother of 3 kids, I’ve had to find things that help me function, despite being stuck in bed for most of the past 1.5-2 years due to #POTS #Chiari #CCI among other things. The Wedge pillow is a great tool for POTSies to help retrain the heart to be vertical again without having to deal with the dizziness, tachycardia, and for some syncope (passing out) that comes with being vertical; for people recovering from surgery or who are unable to spend a lot of time out of bed, especially with the trick I give you for an alternative use!!
